By using kindmint.life, joining the waitlist, or participating in the rewards program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — and feel free to tell us why at hello@kindmint.life.

The Kindmint waitlist, Founding Friends program, referral perks, discount codes, and any free-product offers are promotional. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time without notice. Specific rewards (such as "50% off the first drop" or "refer three friends, get a free tin") are subject to availability and may change as we finalize formulation, pricing, and supply.

To keep the rewards program fair for the friends genuinely supporting Kindmint, we reserve the right — at our sole discretion — to:

• Void any referrals, points, codes, discounts, free-product offers, or waitlist positions that we believe are the result of fraud, automated entry, bot activity, disposable or duplicate emails, self-referral, or other abuse.
• Remove waitlist entries and revoke account access without notice.
• Require additional verification (such as confirming an email or phone number) before honoring a reward.

If you think a decision was made in error, email us — we read every reply.

When pre-orders open, any ship dates we share are estimates. Real-world supply chains, manufacturing, and shipping can shift. If your order will be meaningfully delayed, we'll tell you and offer a refund where required by law. Your right to cancel a pre-order before it ships is preserved.

Kindmint is a breath mint. It is not a medical device, supplement label claim, or treatment for any condition. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Kindmint is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have specific health concerns or allergies, talk to your doctor.

The Kindmint name, marks, copy, illustrations, photography, and visual design belong to Kindmint. You're welcome to share the site with friends — that's the whole point of a waitlist. Please don't copy the brand wholesale or pretend to be us. Feedback you send us (survey answers, replies, suggestions) may be used to improve the product.

The site and waitlist are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kindmint and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the rewards program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
