Privacy Policy

When you join the Kindmint waitlist, we collect your email address. That's the only thing we require. If you choose to answer our short waitlist survey, we also store your responses (such as how likely you are to buy, the price range you'd expect, and any comments you share). If you refer a friend, we store the referral code you generate or use.

We collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically — things like the page you visited and your approximate region — to keep the site working and to understand which parts of the page are useful.

We use your email to send you waitlist updates, launch announcements, Founding Friend offers, and information about the rewards program (early access, referral perks, and discounts on the first drop). We use survey responses in aggregate to help shape flavors, pricing, and packaging.

We do not sell your information to outside data brokers. Ever.

We rely on a small set of vetted third-party partners to actually run the business. Today and at launch, that includes:

• Email and marketing tools to send you the updates and offers you signed up for.
• Commerce platform to handle pre-orders, checkout, and orders once the storefront opens.
• Backend and analytics hosting to securely store waitlist entries and understand how the site is used.

These partners are bound by their own privacy and security commitments, and they only receive the information they need to do their job.

We use a small amount of first-party analytics to make product decisions — things like "did people scroll past the science section?" We do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this page, and we don't sell your behavior to ad networks.

Depending on where you live (including under CCPA in California, GDPR in the EU and UK, and CAN-SPAM in the US), you have the right to:

• Ask what information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at hello@kindmint.life and we'll handle the request within a reasonable time, and always within the windows required by law.

Kindmint is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has signed up, please email us and we'll delete the entry.

We'll update this page as the product and the company grow. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top.
